Terms of use

Effective 5 November 2026 · Bharat Truck Simulator (bharattrucksimulator.com), made by Gyan Pratap Singh, India · Contact: support@bharattrucksimulator.com

By playing Bharat Truck Simulator (the website or the app) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play. How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.

1. A free game, as is

The game is free. There are no accounts, ads or purchases. It is a hobby project provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will work on your device, be free of bugs, stay online or keep your settings. Features may change or be removed at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from playing the game or not being able to play it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

2. Who can play

The game is made for adults (18+). It contains strong language (the driver swears, in several Indian languages) and violent crashes with blood. A Clean mode switch in the pause menu turns off the blood and the swearing. It is fiction: the people, companies, shops, dhabas and petrol pumps in it are made up, and nothing in it encourages real reckless driving.

3. Playing online

Online play puts you on the same road as strangers. Be decent:

Players can mute and report each other. We may drop a player from matchmaking, block them, or limit what they can do online, with or without notice, when we believe these rules are broken. Report serious problems to support@bharattrucksimulator.com.

4. Music from YouTube

The cab radio plays videos in YouTube's own embedded player. Songs you search for or paste are your own choice and are played from YouTube; their use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. When you play online, a song you pick for the room's shared radio is played for the other players, in their own YouTube players. Don't use the radio to share anything you are not allowed to.

5. Map data and other people's work

The real roads, towns and city streets come from © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Weather comes from Open-Meteo and Copernicus CAMS (CC BY 4.0). The game is built with open-source software and free (CC0) art and sounds; see the credits. Real landmarks appear as our own models; no endorsement by anyone is implied.

The game's own code, art, voices, name and logo belong to Gyan Pratap Singh. You may play, stream and record videos of the game. Please don't copy or republish the game itself or its assets without asking.

6. Safety — please read

  • Never play while driving or riding a real vehicle, and don't treat anything in the game as real driving advice.
  • Chair mode is at your own risk. If you lay an office chair on its back, make sure it is stable, on a clear floor, away from stairs, glass and people, and turn it gently. Strap the phone firmly (two rubber bands) so it can't fly off.
  • When you hold or swing your phone (tilt steering, the swing-to-fight moves), keep a firm grip and clear space around you.
  • Take breaks. Stop if you feel dizzy, sick or tired. Some people may get motion sickness from first-person driving or the passenger / Cardboard view.
  • The game can flash and shake the picture during crashes. If you are sensitive to flashing lights, take care.
  • Steering wheels with force feedback can turn strongly on their own; keep fingers and loose clothing clear.

You are responsible for your own setup and surroundings. We are not liable for injuries, damage to devices, furniture or anything else that happens while playing.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions or complaints: support@bharattrucksimulator.com.
